Thank you I will do the RAM test.

However I tried enabling the Driver Verifier one more time. Windows would not start at all. I had to go into safe mode to disable Driver Verifier. Windows started fine after that. What does that mean?

    Thanks.

When you turn on Driver Verifier, it will trigger a BSOD. Give your computer a couple of BSOD and turn off Driver Verifier through Safe Mode. Then upload the Driver Verifier dumps.

It actually doesn't trigger a BSOD. When windows starts with Driver Verifier on it just hangs with a black screen. Never able to actually log in.

    Carl,

So I started running the MemTest and without even finishing the first pass I have 4 Errors.

Looks like I have bad memory?

This laptop is brand new less than a month old.

If error is occurred, your RAM is faulty and needs to be replaced.
