| | Win 7 does not SHUT DOWN Hi, I often have to press the power button for several seconds in order to shut down my HP 4720s Laptop (Windows 7 pro(64)). Attached is the result from the SF Diag Tools run. Any idea on the cause ? Thanks, Adrian Hunter |
