What Would Cause This To Happen To Applications When Opened????? HELP!

Just recently I open a couple of differnt programs and they started looking like this when opened. I don't know what else to do. I have tried everything almost. I need your help asap. Because it's really beginning to bug me. Thanks in advance!!Attachment 135482

DO you mean the icon layout? or something different?

No I mean the smering of things with the program itself. Look at the scren shot i posted and you will see. and my system specs are in my profile or the link at the bottom of my post.

its June 1, 2010 and many people who willingly became self proclaimed "beta testers" aren't ready. Will MS take so much grief from careless people as to never release a beta/RC to the general public again? Certainly hope not. I think the release to the general public was an excellent decision....
