Windows 7: Strange blue screen bbcode 124

Blue screen BBCODE 124 appeared again. It is not from Deamon Tool. Have to change old drivers to see if this will work. If not, I don't know what to do. Ideas?

And one more question. Friend of mine suggest me to install again Windows XP. I don't want. Do you think that there is a reason to have no blue screens?

It is highly doubtful going back to XP will solve the issue, as this is almost certainly a hardware problem. Could you run some hardware diagnostics?

Run Memtest86 overnight: RAM - Test with Memtest86+

I did these thests before, but now I will do again and will write. Yesterday I ran Prime 95 overnight, but I did not succed to run two workers. I'll try again.

I did two of three Prime 95 tests yet. I run each of them for 8-9 hours. There is no errors. I have to do one more test, after I will start tests for other components.
Please, tell me, if there is no errors - is this a guarantee that hardware is ok?

If Prime95 passes, it's a pretty good indication that neither RAM nor CPU is the cause; nothing is certain however.

I suggest you upgrade your PSU to a 550w or higher one; be sure to buy a high quality one, to avoid more problems like this. Thank you. Yes Prime 95 passes. It is a good advice with power supply.
But first I have to check my HDD, because I have a strange noise from the case - something metal - like to knock slightly something metal for short. I had this noise before to start receiving blue screens. Unfortunately Seagate tools doesn't find my HDD and I can’t' start it. I am trying to resolve why and if I couldn't, I will check with something else. Give some advice if you know why sea tools doesn't find HDD or with which program to check my HDD.

About RMA CPU. I like to do that, but I don't know how to prove that there is a problem. They will take the CPU, they will test with Prime 95 and there is a no problem.

In addition to Prime95 tests, Intel will run some electrical tests.
