Windows 7: Crash on Sleep

Windows 7 Proffessional 32 bit
Crash on Sleep

Every time my computer goes to sleep it crashes. I get this on battery power and when plugged in.

Operating System: Windows 7 Pro, 32 bit, 6 months old, Non OEM
Dell Inspirion 1545, 1.5 years old

This problem started at the same time I started getting a message that I need to "consider replacing your battery". But, as I said, this happens when plugged in as well. I have even taken the battery out and just had it plugged in and it still does it.

I have done the error check, virus scan with ESET, defrag, CCleaner, reset the bios (ran down the power, took out the battery for a few minutes, and then pressed and held the
power button before putting the battery back in, plugging it in, and restarting), checked drivers to be sure they were up to date, and recovered to a date before this problem began and nothing has worked.

I tried to upload the html perfmon file but it tells me it is an invalid file.

Here is the info message from the latest crash:

This is curious, the system information is present but I can not locate a dump file in your upload, despite the log clearly showing you've had quite a few BSOD's.

More than likely you wiped them out using ccleaner.
Next time it crashes please upload the minidump.

I have added the new file to my original post. Please let me know if you need anything else. I was still unable to load the perfmon report.

Nothing particularly stands out, you do have quite a few 'zero hour' drivers, but I didn't note any completely out of date so lets move on from that.
From what I am seeing you suffering this.

Stop error when you put a computer that is running Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2 to sleep or into hibernation, or when you restart the computer: "0x9F"
Unfortunately it doesn't appear the hotfix was ever actually released. (or possibly it was included in one of the windows updates you received failed messages for)
In the meantime this utility has done some people some good I suppose it's possible it can help you but I can't make any promises.

Maguscreed did very well.

I would first uninstall McAfee. McAfee is a known cause of BSOD and same as third-party anti-virus. Use this KB article from McAfee about uninstalling: How to uninstall or reinstall supported McAfee consumer products using the McAfee Consumer Products Removal tool (MCPR.exe)

Use Microsoft Security Esssentials (MSE) as replacement:

Next, update these drivers....

... that may be it. don't think it would be network related.
...never hurts to update drivers regardless though.

Windows 7 Proffessional 32 bit

I have tried updating the Matrix Driver by downloading the file from Dell. There is no installation file though. Nothing for me to install. The file extracts and there is a readme file that talks about creating a floppy disk, which I do not even have on this computer. I have compressed and uploaded the file.

I have updated the rest besides the Broadcom as I could not find the right driver that I needed.

I have uploaded the most recent crash report. Oh, and I don't have McAffee I have ESET.

I also looked at the hotfix suggested but it is already installed on my computer so obviously is not going to help.

I have uploaded the most recent crash report in my previous post.

I have gone through and uninstalled non essential appliactions and the problem still exists.
