Corrupted User Profile
This is the second time this has happened to me in 6 months. I have lost my desktop and it resorted back to the default settings. Restoring it to it's usual state is very time consuming and frustrating. I tried to copy the old user folder to a new account i created which fixed the problem last time. However, this time, it won't let me copy it into the new account folder stating i don't have administrator rights....
It's my own personal PC and im the only user and the account was created as a run as administrator account, but it still won't let me paste the settings. I really don't want to spend 3 weeks getting my desktop back to the way it was before just because Microsoft is so useless.
