Burn to CD memtest86 to run for 5-6 passes to determine with certainty that you need memory replacement, and for which stick: RAM - Test with Memtest86+

Test also your HD using HD maker's diagnostic/repair extended bootable CD scan: http://www.carrona.org/hddiag.html

Use your Repair CD or DVD to copy out your files: Copy & Paste - in Windows Recovery Console

Then run Acer Factory Recovery using the F10 key to trigger the Recov partition. Hopefully you have made your Recovery Disks but they should be saved to use for HD failure or if Recov partition fails. Acer Support: Frequently Asked Questions list for Recovery media and Restoring a system to factory load

If you have a Win7 installer for your version you can also wipe the HD to do a clean reinstall: re-install windows 7

I For Got To Mention Earlier That When I Boot Eveything Is A Bit Fuzzie And Before It Diddent Boot The Scree Froze And Did Not Respond To My Mouse Or Keybord. Thats Why I Had To Hold The Power Button Down. Also If This Is Important I Was Playing Minecraft When It Froze.
