Help!!!! My PC Doesn't Boot!

I Am Running Win 7 Ultimate 32bit And My Pc Get To The Loading Page (Where The Orb Is But On Mine In Like Vistas Wich But It Used To Be The Orb) And Shows A Black Screen Where Nothing Happens And The RAM Light Turns Off After A Min. I Have Tried Booting From The Win 7 Disk And Have Tried : Start Up Repair, Memory Diagnostics, And a Nouther Wich I Can't Remember. In Memory Diagnostics It Says I Have A Hardware Prob.

Please Help!!!

Burn to CD memtest86 to run for 5-6 passes to determine with certainty that you need memory replacement, and for which stick: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/105647-ram-test-memtest86.html

Test also your HD using HD maker's diagnostic/repair extended bootable CD scan: http://www.carrona.org/hddiag.html

Use your Repair CD or DVD to copy out your files: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/93347-copy-paste-windows-recovery-console.html

Then run Acer Factory Recovery using the F10 key to trigger the Recov partition. Hopefully you have made your Recovery Disks but they should be saved to use for HD failure or if Recov partition fails. I For Got To Mention Earlier That When I Boot Eveything Is A Bit Fuzzie And Before It Diddent Boot The Scree Froze And Did Not Respond To My Mouse Or Keybord. Thats Why I Had To Hold The Power Button Down. Also If This Is Important I Was Playing Minecraft When It Froze.
