BSOD When Resuming From Sleep Mode. Please Help

The zip file with the dump files I obtained according to the sticky is attached.
It only BSOD when resuming from sleep mode. I turn it back on and it is a black screen (My monitor's light is brown, as if nothing is plugged in, but it doesn't say no input device). There is no mouse or anything, just a black screen for 10 min. Then it BSOD, restarts, and windows loads. Please help, thank you.
Is Windows 7 . . .
- x64
- the original installed OS on the system? yes
- an OEM or full retail version? full retail
- What is the age of system (hardware)? 1 month
- What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?) 5 days

BSODs caused by PxHlpa64.sys, a driver from sonic solutions, remove/update this driver

Code:
BugCheck C9, {228, fffff88001051f74, fffff980219d2d30, 0}

Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\amdxata.sys, Win32 error 0n2

Probably caused by : PxHlpa64.sys ( PxHlpa64+2f74 )
Update ASUS monitoring system tools, they use an outdated driver
Code:
ATKDispLowFilter.sys fffff880`04590000 fffff880`04599a00 0x00009a00 0x482a5671 14/05/2008 07:03:13

Make sure PxHlpa64.sys is removed.

Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers and rename PxHlpa64.sys to PxHlpa64.sys.old

I was browsing through the dump files and noticed this

Event[0]:
Log Name: Application
Source: Windows Error Reporting
Date: 2011-02-02T14:01:14.000
Event ID: 1001
Task: N/A

Description:
Fault bucket X64_0x9F_3_IMAGE_AiCharger.sys, type 0
Event Name: BlueScreen
Response: Not available
Cab Id: 0

Does that mean AiCharger is the cause of the problem?

Woohoo! I solved it, removed aicharger and now it is awesome. So glad to get it fixed, I reinstalled windows a week ago and still had the problem, now I know why + I got it fixed!
Anyone with an ASUS mobo and their aicharger software installed, be careful it may cause BSOD.
Now I gotta find out why stupid norton says I have no subscription even though I had 87days left yesterday xD
