Hello and welcome to Seven Forums,

    Please update this....
    ASACPI.sys Mon Mar 28 15:30:36 2005
The 2005 version of this driver is a known BSOD cause.
Please visit this link: ASUSTeK Computer Inc.-Support- download_item_mkt
Scroll down to the Utilities category, then scroll down to the "ATK0110 driver for WindowsXP/Vista/Windows 7 32&64-bit " (it's about the 8th item down).
    Download and install it.
Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers to check and make sure that the ASACPI.sys file is date stamped from 2009 or 2010 (NOT 2005).
    Also, update these....
    BrSerId.sys Mon Aug 07 13:51:11 2006
    BrUsbSer.sys Thu Aug 10 00:11:02 2006
    nvstor.sys Wed May 20 18:45:37 2009
    - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference
    - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: http://www.carrona.org/drvrdown.html

    How To Find Drivers:
    - I have listed links to most of the drivers in the code box below. Please use the links there to see what info I've found about those drivers.
    - search Google for the name of the driver
    - compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
    - visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
    - if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.

    1. Update these drivers
    BrSerId.sys Mon Aug 07 13:51:11 2006
    Brother Serial I/F Driver (WDM)
Drivers, utilities and software updates for your Brother Product

    BrUsbSer.sys Thu Aug 10 00:11:02 2006
Brother MFC USB Serial WDM Driver
    See Above

    2. Test your RAM with Memtest86+ for faulty RAM:
    RAM - Test with Memtest86+
    - Run at least 7 passes (this will take 6-8 hours)
    - Do this overnight
    - Burn .iso to a CD/DVD using Isorecorder, Imgburn or your current .iso burning program

Thank you again. I updated the drivers.

The Memory test showed lots of failures. Dealer put in new sticks and no problems so far.

    Thank you again.
