Hi, kosa, and welcome to the forum. I will look at your dump; but we need more information. Please read this tutorial, follow the instructions and post back. We will be glad to help you. http://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...tructions.html Quote: Bugcheck 1E, MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED. Usual causes: Device driver, hardware, System service, compatibility, Remote control programs, memory, BIOS The dump blames ntkrnlmp.exe, which is a Windows system core file and very unlikely to be the real cause of the crash. The dump also indicates memory corruption.
Have your friend uninstall Daemon Tools, Alcohol 120% or whatever CD virtualization software he/she is running. It uses a driver, found in the dump, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs. Have him/her use this SPTD uninstaller when done: DuplexSecure - Downloads. Select uninstall; do NOT select reinstall.
Here is a free alternative CD virtualization program that does not use the sptd.sys driver. Freeware MagicISO Virtual CD/DVD-ROM(MagicDisc) Overview
Next have your friend uninstall Zone Alarm using this removal tool: http://download.zonealarm.com/bin/fr...cpes_clean.exe. Zone Alarm is notorious for causing BSOD's on some Win 7 systems. Make sure Windows Firewall is turned on.
As an alternative to uninstalling Zone Alarm, your friend can try this Microsoft hotfix: Stop error message when you run an application that transfers data by using the UDP protocol in Windows Server 2008 R2 or in Windows 7: "STOP 0x0000007F"
Your friend should update the following outdated drivers. Out of date drivers can cause memory corruption and BSOD's. Quote: athrx.sys Tue Jun 09 14:06:49 2009 - Atheros Extensible Wireless LAN driver for CB42/CB43/MB42/MB43 Network Adapter - D-Link AirPlus DWL-G520 Wireless PCI Adapter(rev.B) discontinued 2008. Atheros Communications.
IntcHdmi.sys Tue May 26 07:13:09 2009 - Intel High Definition Audio HDMI Driver. http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Default.aspx.
RTKVHD64.sys Tue Jun 16 06:12:51 2009 - Realtek High Definition Audio Function Driver. Realtek. Code: Windows 7 Kernel Version 7600 MP (2 procs) Free x64

Hi, Kosa. I looked at the five most recent dumps. The first thing I recommend is that your friend install SP1. Please have him/her visit this link: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/w...ice-pack-1-sp1. With SP! installed, we will be able to tell where we stand. Quote: Bugcheck A (2 X), IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. Usual causes: Kernel mode driver, System Service, BIOS, Windows, Virus scanner, Backup tool, compatibility.
Bugcheck 3B (2 X), SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION. Usual causes: System service, Device driver, graphics driver, ?memory. I still see the following outdated drivers. Update them via the links provided. Quote: athrx.sys Tue Jun 09 14:06:49 2009 - Atheros Extensible Wireless LAN driver for CB42/CB43/MB42/MB43 Network Adapter - D-Link AirPlus DWL-G520 Wireless PCI Adapter(rev.B) discontinued 2008. Atheros Communications.
IntcHdmi.sys Tue May 26 07:13:09 2009 - Intel High Definition Audio HDMI Driver. http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Default.aspx.
RTKVHD64.sys Tue Jun 16 06:12:51 2009 - Realtek High Definition Audio Function Driver. Realtek.
I also find this very out of date driver. Update this driver or uninstall InterVideo if there is no update for the driver.
I still see Zone Alarm installed. Did you or your friend install this hot fix? Microsoft hotfix: Stop error message when you run an application that transfers data by using the UDP protocol in Windows Server 2008 R2 or in Windows 7: "STOP 0x0000007F". If not, please do so or uninstall ZA. I do not see this hot fix installed.
Here are your priorities.
1. First and foremost, install SP1.
2. Install the hot fix for ZA.
3. Update the outdated drivers beginning with those having the oldest dates.
Reboot and let's see how the system does. Post back and let us know. If your friend gets another BSOD, run the tool again and upload the files.
How to find drivers - Quote: - I have listed links to most of the drivers in the code box above. Please use the links there to see what info I've found about those drivers.
- search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
- - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference
- - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: Drivers and Downloads Code: Windows 7 Kernel Version 7600 MP (2 procs) Free x64

thank you for replies Carl.
I tried to install both SP and fix for Zone Alarm. Unfortunately I was not able to do it, as everytime i tried to enter Windows 7 just after welcome screen BSOD appears.
It happens everytime i try to run Windows 7.
I was not able to install SP and fix after running Windows 7 in safe mode, as this require to be logged in "normal mode".
Can you give me a clue how to start Windows 7? Maybe there is information in log I sent earlier about driver or other stuff causing BSOD everytime I run Windows 7 just after welcome screen.
Many thanks for help and reply! | My System Specs | | |

You are very welcome for the help. You are correct; you do have to be in the normal mode to install updates. Can you boot in the Safe Mode without a BSOD? Have you been able to update any of the drivers that I listed? What I recommend next will be based on the answers to those questions.
There is something you can do in the meantime; you can test your RAM with Memtest. You will need to download Memtest on a different computer so you can create the CD without having a BSOD. Carefully follow the instructions in this tutorial: RAM - Test with Memtest86+. Let Memtest run for a least 7 passes. If you see any errors, you can stop the test. Post back with your results. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Home built OS Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit CPU Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.00GHz Motherboard ASUS P4P800-VM Motherboard Chipset: Intel 865G + ICH5 Memory 2.50 GB RAM Graphics Card NVIDIA GeForce 7600 GS Sound Card SoundMax Integrated Digital Audio (Chip) Monitor(s) Displays ViewSonic VX 1962 wm Screen Resolution 1680 X 1050 Keyboard Microsoft Comfort Curve Keyboard 2000 v10 USB Mouse Logitec optic USB Cooling Fan based Hard Drives Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 80 GB

hello Carl,
earlier windows 7 was starting in safe mode, but from today it is crushing even in safe mode.
It happens always in the same time - when "welcome" sign is displayed.
I did not managed to install any updates - as was not able to run even safe mode.
I will perform memory test today and post back
once again thank you for help
EDIT:
I have run memtest today at night. no errors found .
I will try today for the last time to update drivers. If i still be no able to run Windows and update drivers/install fix for ZA, I will reinstall windows7
