looks like the old conexant modem you have is running on vista (or earlier) drivers.
If you are not using the modem for dial up internet access. I would actually suggest just removing it.

    Thanks for uploading the dumps.
I would first uninstall Norton. Norton is a known cause of BSOD and same as third-party anti-virus. Use this removal tool when done: Download and run the Norton Removal Tool to uninstall your Norton product | Norton Support

Use Microsoft Security Essentials (MSE) as replacement: http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials/

    Next, update these drivers....

Try to update this driver through the Acer site. If you cannot update it, uninstall the Acer Empowering Technology or rename this driver. See note below.
UBHelper.sys Mon Apr 27 20:48:19 2009 - NTI CD & DVD-Maker or NTI Backup NOW! or NTI CD-Maker by NewTech Infosystems (usually in Acer Empowering Technology). OEM none at NTI - Support - OEM Resources - DVD Burning Software, Data Backup Software, CD Burning, Blu-ray Burning Software - Official Site. See above
       Note
Renaming drivers: create a restore point, using Windows Explorer, navigate to C:\Windows\System32\Drivers, locate the driver files, and rename them from .sys to .old. Reboot and the drivers will not load. This will break whatever software or hardware these drivers are associated with.
