Windows 7 Ultimate x64

I attached the 2 documents that the tutorial asked for in the post. ANY help would be great and highly appreciated. This new system is a massive upgrade for me but I can't use it and it's frustrating that I can't enjoy my investment.

I'm running memtest 86+ v4.20 tonight until I wake up after noon.

Windows 7 Ultimate x64

I've noticed that I almost always get a BSOD shortly after running the ventrilo program. I dunno if that helps at all but it's almost a sure BSOD when I run vent.

Hi RAKATIKA and Welcome.

Usual causes:
Insufficient physical memory, Indexing, Device driver

Your latest dump file blames Memory Corruption which can be either old and incompatible drivers or bad memory.
I would also seriously consider your hard drive as the weak link.

As a Priority:

AVG is known to be a cause of BSOD's on many Windows 7 systems. Suggest that you uninstall it. Download the correct AVG Remover for your system (32 or 64 bit).
If you have AVG ID protection installed, download the AVGID Protection Remover from the above link as well (it wouldn't hurt to download and run it anyway). Download Microsoft Security Essentials as its replacement. Re-boot to Safe Mode. In Safe Mode run the AVG Removal tools. Re-boot to normal mode and install MSE. Make sure your Windows firewall is enabled!

Run the correct Hard Drive Diagnostics for your driver.

Windows 7 Ultimate x64

Wow thanks a ton for the help. Alright, regarding the RAM sticks I ran memtest86+ v4.20 the night of my post and checked both sticks at once. After 4 and a half hours and 3 passes it showed no errors. I'll run the test on each stick individually just to be sure.

Regarding my harddrive and AVG. I had a clean install of windows 7 before I upgraded my computer and I never got any blue screens and I've been using the same windows 7 install disk for both setups. So I'll ignore the hard drive/AVG for the time being but I'll not disregard your suggestion completely.

Regarding VMware. I need that for my job so uninstalling is not an option and when I use VMware it's %100 stable.

I'll report back on all the other suggestions you posted as soon as I've gone through them.

And most of all THANK YOU SO MUCH for the help. I posted on and haven't gotten a reply. It's been 4 days.

Windows 7 Ultimate x64

Hey guys I've updated most of the drivers listed here. I'm pleased to say that my system has not had a bluescreen SINCE! I didn't update VMware. And I kept my old hard drive. So it must have been the realtek drivers. I'll make a new post if I ever get a new bluescreen. I appreciate your help sooooo much.
