Windows 7: very typical bsod!

Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit

after running memtest over night and passing over 13 times there is still no shown error, but i decided to run it for another 5 hours , can anyone diagnose the mini-dump which i post above? apparently the first bsod encounter have something to do with my utorrent , but when i had encounter the second bsod but i had my utorrent removed this time... it seens to be a very tricky case can anyone please help?

Solved!! Solution 7 posts down. I just installed fresh. System won't sleep, not even shut off display. When I force it to sleep it won't wake up and I have to hard reset it. I have exhausted search. I have: checked every setting in Power Options, network adapters, updated mouse and keyboard...

Typical BSOD situation, minidump check?
I got bluescreen when put the PC on and It said "Windows starting..." I am quite sure that my memory is causing this so please If someone could help me with this minidump to get this thing fixed. Here is the dump file zipped. Help will be appreciated! :)
