My new Acer Aspire 5742G laptop crashes.
Windows 7 Home Premium x64 OEM.

Can someone please help me?

Your Zone Alarm Firewall caused the crash, remove it uising the Removal Tool

Code:

BugCheck 7F, {8, 80050033, 6f8, fffff80003087ec0}

Probably caused by : ntkrnlmp.exe ( nt!KiDoubleFaultAbort+b2 )

Windows or Comodo Firewall are alternatives
