You need the 64bit ones. Really sorry for posting the wrong ones. These contain the 32bit things which are required:

However, I had a look at your Event Viewer, and you have some less common Side by Side causes. I had a quick look this morning, and now arrived at the work place and can't view the pictures! You had a x86/x64 CommonControl conflict, very nasty to fix indeed, and a manifest looking for a non-existant/incorrect versioned file. Again, nasty to fix. We either need to get the file, get a newer file, or possibly recondition the manifest.
