Random BSOD Crashes, STOP:0x0000000A

Hi,

my system starts to random crash with BSOD ( IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, ..., STOP:0x0000000A, ...) since yesterday, it was running 2 1/2 years without any crashes/problems before. It happens very often at the welcome screen after booting. I've had 7 crashes now in 5 hours. Once it doesnt crash and the system was running normal yesterday, so i scanned it immediately with antivir, spybot-S&D, anti-Malware and there werent any bad issues to fix. The next strange thing is, that my google chrome browser doesnt run any more, un-and reinstalled it 3 times now.
I didnt install any new hardware in the past. I had 2 years Windows Vista home Premium (Full retail) installed, then changed to Win 7 Professional, which i downloaded as a student from MSDN Academic Alliance.

I've uploaded the logs and the perfmon.html.

All your dump files have a stop error 0xA:
STOP 0x0000000A: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
Usual causes:
Kernel mode driver, System Service, BIOS, Windows, Virus scanner, Backup tool, compatibility

Your latest dump file blames ataport.SYS which is a Windows System file and is highly unlikely to be the cause.
Old and incompatible drivers can and do cause issues with Windows 7, often giving false error codes.

As a Priority:

ASACPI.sys Mon Mar 28 03:30:36 2005 This driver is notorious for causing BSOD's. There is an update here: Asus ATK0110 driver. Look under the sub-heading: Utilities. Approx. 12th one down.

Drivers with Updates:

nvlddmkm.sys Fri Jul 09 22:15:58 2010 nVidia Graphics Drivers.

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.
Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000008, memory referenced
Arg2: 0000000000000002, IRQL
Arg3: 0000000000000000, bitfield :
    bit 0 : value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
bit 3 : value 0 = not an execute operation, 1 = execute operation (only on chips which support this level of status)
Arg4: fffff80002a5dd29, address which referenced memory
