Computer Hard Hang - Kernel 41 Error
Hello! I hope anyone can help me figure out what is going on here.
System Specs:
Win7 Home Premium OEM 64bit
4GB Crucial RAM 1333mhx - Unganged
Phenom 2 X4 955 3.2GHz
Radeon HD 4870 1GB
Gigabyte Technology - GA-MA785GMT-UD2H
Crucial 750W
Coolermaster Heatsink with 120mm fan
I started receving issues with the computer randomly locking up during games, vs studio programming or during my wifes facebook farmville playing about 2 months ago. Now I can get the computer to hard hang just playing farmville with Itunes on in the background. Typically I can play Battlefields 2: Bad Company 2 at 1680 with full graphics on no problem and not get any issue. I bought a logitech illuminated keyboard as well, but have since removed it since it seemed to have cause the issue to happen more often.
I have ran memtest86+ for 12 hours straight with no issues. I have reseated the two RAM modules into their opposite sockets with no luck.
Bought entire system in OCT 2009. I have also replaced my CPU(from Athlon X4 635) and my power supply(from 550W). I have never overclocked my system and have run with default auto settings in bios.
I only get the hard hangs and no BSODs(unless they are the same as hard hangs). I have followed the instructions of getting a mini-dump generated, but have not been successful in having one be generated. My last hard hang was about 30 minutes ago, hopefully it can been seen in the in the collection app.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
