Windows freezes, gives a BSOD and can't find SSD/OS at boot

    Hi

After newly formatting my computer and using it for some weeks, a problem has started to occure. After it boots up, it runs perfectly for about 5-6 minutes. Then the application that is being used/is active starts to freeze. This happens with other applications as well by just movng the coursor over objects (This is also true for the task bar). After everything has been frozen solid, it takes about a couple more minutes before it shows a bluescreen with some error codes:
    0x000000F4 (0x0000000000000003 0xFFFFFA8004F38830 ... )

When the computer starts up again, it can't find the OS/SDD-disk (one of them). If I power it off and on manually it is able to boot again (and thus getting into the same freezee cycle again). My question is if is there is any use trying to fix this, or is it most likely a hardware failure? I have included a dmp file as well.

    Note
While trying to extract a list of the drivers (using SF Diagnostic Tool) I found out something interesting; Even though the program "saves" the files to a directory in the desktop succesfully, I'm not able to see them (Using both explorer and cmd). The reason for why I know they are "there" is because windows gives me a prompt if I want to replace the previous files when I execute the same command multiple times. Even after rebooting it still say that the files are there, and still I can't

    SPECS:

This single crash is not particularly useful. It was caused by a memory exception from an unnamed driver.

These are old and need to be updated

    How To Find Drivers:
    - search Google for the name of the driver
    - compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
    - visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
    - if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
    - - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference Driver Reference
    - - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: Drivers and Downloads

I would also run memtest to verify your memory

Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program. Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 or 6 passes.

Just remember, any time Memtest reports errors, it can be either bad RAM or a bad motherboard slot. Test the sticks individually, and if you find a good one, test it in all slots.

And a system file check to verify your OS files

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

If the above do not fix the problem we can run driver verifier to find the misbehaving driver.

    SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000007e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
    happening.
    Arguments:
Arg1: ffffffffc0000005, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: fffff80002a88310, The address that the exception occurred at
