windows 7 chrashes every time i try to log in

    windows 7 chrashes every time i try to log in


    OS: windows 7 home premium pre instaled
    inspiron N5010 (15R) about one year old

    so this sucks heep, My computer gets to the windows login page then if i do nothing it crashes, if i try to log in it crashes, if i try to shut down it crashes, you get the point, can someone please help me

    when it crashes,,, yes i get the BSOD it doesn't stey up on the screen for long and then my laptop restarts

    this occurs in all safe modes aswell

    PLEASE HELP

    Do you have a backup from before the problem existed? do you have the win 7dvd to do a repair install?

    Use System Restore to restore to a point before the problem started using the Windows 7 DVD.

    been busy sorry, ok lets get this sorted
    ok so i got the iso and burned it to a disk, i loaded from the disk but and tryed the options but noting seems to help
    i do get the comand promt if i can use that to get this sorted
      My Computer
