    BSOD ntoskrnl.exe/dxgmms1.sys

i've had a couple of BSOD propbly caused by either ntoskrnl.exe or dxgmms1.sys, however in the minidump files i've got ntoskrnl.exe is always mentioned, i've attatched the most recent dump files, so i started to try some testing, i started by doing a clean install, which didn't help (i'm unable to link dump files from before the reinstall), then i did some hardware testing i used Furmark to test my GPU, had it running for 6hours no errors, i ran memtest for 12hours, no errors, and i used seagates harddisk tests no errors on either tests i was able to run and yes i know i should propbly be testing my hardware over a 24-48hour period. But when i started prime95, and i got 3BSOD after testing for 1-2minutes, and assumed it was a CPU problem. i immediately called the place i had bought my hardware from, they said it was most likely the CPU, but i should try and deactivate AMD cool n quiet, i did that and didn't have any BSOD the next day, and assumed that it might have been the problem, but now i'm getting a dxgmms1.sys error BSOD. i've got the newest graphis driver, the latest DX update fully updated windows 7 x64. I also just tried starting prime, its been running for abit over 1hour now no BSOD.

Hope someone know more then i do about computers and might be able to give me a hint of what is wrong, i'm hoping i've made an error.

Hello Xaint and welcome to Seven Forums,
    I would update these drivers.....
    ALSysIO64.sys Mon Apr 20 07:41:04 2009 Core Temp
    Update CoreTemp or uninstall CoreTemp

NuidFltr.sys Fri May 08 20:53:31 2009 (Filter Driver for Microsoft Hardware HID Non-User Input Data belongs to the software Microsoft IntelliType Pro / IntelliPoint by Microsoft Corporation (Microsoft Corporation). See if you can update this driver through Microsoft)

I've tried updating CoreTemp, and updating software Microsoft IntelliType Pro / IntelliPoint, but i'm unable to update Microsoft Hardware HID Non-User Input, i get an error when i try to update it, and i'm still getting BSOD saying its DXgmms1.sys. so now i'm going to try uninstall CoreTemp. What is abit strange though is i didn't get any dump files, so i'm unable to link the new one.

Oh by the way the error when i try to update Microsoft Hardware HID Non-User Input is code: 80070101.

Just started my computer again, then it restarted a few times and i "finally" got a BSOD (so that i can actually link a minidump) I've reinstalled my graphic driver, updated any drivers i could posible think off. I'm starting to think again that it is a hardware problem

Anyway attatched mini dump hope someone can make more sense of it then i can
