Remove Daemon Tools/Alcohol 120%. They use a file sptd.sys, which is notorious of causing BSOD with Windows 7. Use this SPTD uninstaller when done: DuplexSecure - Downloads
Select uninstall; do not select reinstall

Have no idea what GF0268.sys is. Try change the file extension to .bak (navigate to :\Windows\System32\drivers) and see what program it breaks. Then rename the file extension back to .sys and update that software.
