Dumps blame your graphic driver component, do these steps even if you already have the latest drivers
Uninstall it and use driver sweeper to remove leftover driver files Phyxion.net - Driver Sweeper

Then reinstall the drivers
NVIDIA DRIVERS 266.58 WHQL

Code:
BugCheck 1000007E, {ffffffffc0000005, fffff880047ca4fd, fffff880059b0878, fffff880059b00d0}

Probably caused by : dxgmms1.sys ( dxgmms1!VidSchiDiscardQueuePacket+3d )
Update your ZTEMT device driver
Code:

Hi dragontiger and Welcome.

STOP 0x0000007E: SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
Usual causes:
Insufficient disk space, Device driver, Video card, BIOS, Breakpoint with no debugger attached, Hardware incompatibility, Faulty system service, Memory, 3rd party remote control.
Previous:
STOP 0x0000000A: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
Usual causes:
Kernel mode driver, System Service, BIOS, Windows, Virus scanner, Backup tool, compatibility.
First:
STOP 0x0000004A: IRQL_GT_ZERO_AT_SYSTEM_SERVICE
Usual causes:
Device driver

Your latest dump file lists dxgmms1.sys as the probable cause. This is a Windows System file but this crash was most likely caused by your video driver.
Download and install Driver Sweeper.
Boot to Safe Mode
Uninstall current Graphics Drivers set up.
Run Driver Sweeper to clean up any left overs.
Reboot to Normal Mode.
Install your new Graphics Drivers.

Old and incompatible drivers can and do cause issues with Windows 7, often giving false error codes.

As a Priority:

sptd.sys Sun Mar 22 12:35:35 2009 The sptd.sys driver is notorious for causing BSOD's with Windows 7. It's a driver used and installed along with Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120 which you'll also have to uninstall.
Then use the correct (32bit or 64bit) download from Duplex Secure - Downloads to uninstall the SPTD.SYS driver.
Make sure to select the uninstall button!
Virtual Drives
A couple of alternatives to DT/Alcohol that do not use SPTD.SYS (In no order).
DVDFab. Very small at just over 1Mb installed (My preference).
PowerISO (The program is a trial but the drive emulation is free forever).

Norton is known to be a cause of BSOD's on Windows 7 systems. I suggest that you uninstall Norton using the Norton Removal Tool ftp://ftp.symantec.com/public/englis...moval_Tool.exe in Safe Mode. Download Blue Screen friendly Microsoft Security Essentials as its replacement. Make sure Windows firewall is enabled!

SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000007e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
happening.
Arguments:
Arg1: ffffffffc0000005, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: fffff880047ca4fd, The address that the exception occurred at
Arg3: fffff880059b0878, Exception Record Address
Arg4: fffff880059b00d0, Context Record Address

If you can run in Safe Mode OK, I'd suggest downloading what you need to in Safe Mode with Networking.

Just to make it clear, when you download the Duplex Secure exe file you use it to uninstall the SPTD.SYS driver.
That's after you've, as you eloquently put it, "smacked it (Daemon/Alcohol) directly to recycle bin".

BTW Your latest dump file reads as the previous ones. Nothing new has stuck its head above the parapet.

Ok, here's what i've done:

- download the new graphic driver from nvidia
-download the drivers sweeper, install it, & remove my old graphic driver (on safe mode)
-reinstal my graphic driver w/ the new one
- remove the sptd.sys driver using the duplex secure download progam
-remove norton w/ the norton removal on safe mode
-put on the micsosoft security esential

i havent ugpgrade the audio drivers coz its required an username & password to do..

so then Im tested the new driver, start the death track game, and in the middle of the game it was crash & dumped to desktop..
then im trying another one game (crysis).. mount it w/ the DVDfab that i'd downloaded also, install the whole game, & in the middle of it, BSOD shown up again.

Is it possible that both of the game were incompatible with win 7-64bit? or was the driver didnt match with the OS again?
here's the attachment guys, please take a look at it

Re-try the link given. You should only have to "Accept"

Your drivers are looking pretty good now. Your last four dump files all have different stop error codes. This usually indicates a hardware problem.
With your PC only being days old I'd suggest you contact the retailer.
It would be good if you could go to them and say "The RAMs no good" or "The HDD's shot". I'd be tempted to run a couple of hardware tests to see if I could pin point the problem.
The two that I would try first would be Memtest to test the RAM and Furmark to test the Graphics card.

Run Chkdsk

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
