Hi ratedterror and Welcome.

STOP 0x0000007E: SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
Usual causes:
Insufficient disk space, Device driver, Video card, BIOS, Breakpoint with no debugger attached, Hardware incompatibility, Faulty system service, Memory, 3rd party remote control.

Your latest dump file lists Logicool Qcam as the probable cause. This is your outdated Sat Jul 26 16:05:18 2008 Logicool Qcam driver.
Old and incompatible drivers can and do cause issues with Windows 7, often giving false error codes.

As a Priority:

ASACPI.sys Fri Aug 13 03:52:52 2004 This driver is notorious for causing BSOD's. There is an update here: Asus ATK0110 driver. Look under the sub-heading: Utilities. Approx. 12th one down.

AVG is known to be a cause of BSOD's on Windows 7 systems. I Suggest that you uninstall it. Download the correct AVG Remover for your system (32 or 64 bit).
If you have AVG ID protection installed, also download the AVGID Protection Remover from the above link (it wouldn't hurt to download and run it anyway). Download Microsoft Security Essentials as its replacement. Re-boot to Safe Mode. In Safe Mode run the AVG Removal tools. Re-boot to normal mode and install MSE. Make sure your Windows firewall is enabled!

lv302af.sys Sat Jul 26 15:59:32 2008
LV302V32.SYS Sat Jul 26 16:05:07 2008
LVPr2Mon.sys Wed Oct 07 09:26:50 2009
lvrs.sys Sat Jul 26 16:05:18 2008
LVUSBSta.sys Sat Jul 26 15:59:36 2008 Logicool Qcam. Update or uninstall.

sptd.sys Sun Oct 11 21:54:02 2009 The sptd.sys driver is notorious for causing BSOD's with Windows 7. It's a driver used and installed along with Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120 which you'll also have to uninstall.
Then use the correct (32bit or 64bit) download from Duplex Secure - Downloads to uninstall the SPTD.SYS driver.
Make sure to select the uninstall button!
Virtual Drives
A couple of alternatives to DT/Alcohol that do not use SPTD.SYS (In no order).
DVDFab. Very small at just over 1Mb installed (My preference).
PowerISO (The program is a trial but the drive emulation is free forever).

Outdated Drivers. Update:

nvm62x32.sys Fri Oct 17 22:00:39 2008 nForce Ethernet

Drivers with Updates:

nvlddmkm.sys Sat Oct 16 18:07:56 2010 nVidia Graphics Drivers.
Download and install Driver Sweeper.
Boot to Safe Mode
Uninstall current Graphics Drivers set up.
Run Driver Sweeper to clean up any left overs.
Reboot to Normal Mode.
Install your new Graphics Drivers.

SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000007e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
happening.
Arguments:
Arg1: c0000005, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: 972aa693, The address that the exception occurred at
Arg3: 8d335c08, Exception Record Address
