please help BSOD win 7 64 bit

Hi Guys
Sorry my last post had the wrong attachment!
See attached performance report and windows_nt6_bsod_ver 3.03 file

Anyway i am getting BSOD about 2 to 3 times a day. It is becoming more and more frequent.
My computer is only 3 months old and for the first month it was ok.
I have switched to a PS/2 mouse and keyboard because i thought that might be the wireless mouse that was the problem. It wasnt.
I have Kaspersky anti virus on since new and no problems with it.
I have done a deep scan and no virus.
I have done chkdisk and no probs.
I tried to do a restore point to a month ago but i was unable to. Said it hadnt changed any files?
i have installed new graphic card drivers

Packard Bell G5800 desktop - 3 months old
6 gig ram ddr3
i7 processor
hd 5570 1 gig ati radeon
Win 7 64 bit OEM premium

Looking over your three most recent crashes, they are all identical in blaming ntoskrnl.exe for the errors. This however is rather vague, as it's a common goto guy for general windows problems. When windows can't located a specific crash source.

Kapersky has been known to cause conflicts on some win 7 systems. I'm not saying it's definitely responsible, but you wouldn't be the first one...

That being said I'm going to have a look at the driver dump which can take a little time, I'll edit this post when I'm done.

Sonic CD/DVD driver (used by many different CD/DVD programs) http://www.carrona.org/pxhelp20.html
Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers and rename PxHelp20.sys to PXHelp20.BAK
This will break your CD/DVD program, but can easily be renamed after we've finished.

This driver is outdated see the link for the list of programs known to be responsible for it. You can attempt to update, or remove the application as the driver is not win 7 compatible.

Your adobe software needs updating.

The latest ati driver has been causing crashes on some systems. (it crashed my own machine as well) You may want to try reverting to a earlier catalyst to see if that cleans up the issue.

Other than that you are relatively clear of obvious driver issues.

thanks so much Magnuscreed for your reply. Its driving me batty.
JUst to say that these BSOD were happening before i updated the display drivers.
I have disabled Kaspersky, but i had that on from day 1 and i didnt have any probs for about 6 weeks.
I also dont know why my system restore point are not working, but i supose thats different issue.

I really hope to get this straight without using my recovery discs. And i dont suppose that would really solve the prob?

Have you tried manually creating a system restore point to make sure it's functioning?
It never hurts to run a secure file check either when experiencing these kinds of problems.

Passed 100% no integrity violations.

Can you tell if the poblem is windows based and not hardware or is it difficult to tell?

looking at your first post
i looked in windows\system32\drivers and the nearest file was PxHlpa64.sys , do you want me to rename that file?
or do i have to download something?
I have managed to create a restore point. Or at leasst that is what windows tells me

PxHlpa64.sys is the actual name of the driver file.
Did you check that link? uninstalling the related software will also remove it from the equation.

I'm not super confident as to that being the source of your issue, but removal while troubleshooting can not hurt anything.

Below are a couple of hardware checks you can preform if you believe there may be a hardware fault, as I stated above that kind of bugcheck code is relatively vague. Most common causes are driver failure, hardware, or active antivirus firewall apps.

I dont have any of that software in your last post installed?
I have run mem diagnostics and all ok
and i ran chkdisk yesterday all ok
Still not sure what yo want me to do about that PxHelp20.sys, i dont have it installed?
have yo had a look at the driver dump?

Are you using any third party security or antivirus? These have also been known to cause this kind of crash. Outside of that I'm running out of culprits. I was actually hoping one of the more experienced debuggers would have happened by at this point. I'm about at my limit.

Yes i do have the file PxHlpa64.sys is this the file you want me to rename to a .BAK file?
But i do not have PxHelp20.sys
