One of your keys, f2 , delete some key will bring you to the bios .. Find out which one and try it.

Power off the computer completely; during the BIOS POST, press F11 and F12 to access the popup boot menu. When it appears, select the CD drive to boot from.

Push power button and RIGHT away hit delete or f11 or f12 .. DO NOT wait for it to begin to boot into windows

That sounds like a hardware problem. Are you comfortable working inside of your computer? If not, you may ask a knowledgeable friend for help. If you want, we can walk you through it.

Try taking out the video card, and connecting to the onboard graphics, if you have them. If you don't have onboard graphics, reseat the RAM and video card.

Also, check the monitor cable, make sure it is screwed in tight.

and as soon as i opened it the computer went to a black screen and began this non-sense. It's only since I tried powerring off and on again that now it wont boot at all just blinking pcu light no signal

Well a normal virus can't cause the issues you are having. I have never heard of a virus that can corrupt the virus, but it is not unreasonable to imagine one exists somewhere.

Let's do all we can from a hardware side first. Give the onboard a try, and also reseat the RAM.
