These were caused by your vfilter.sys which is part of your VPN client software. I would either uninstall it or reinstall it

Run a system file check
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

Code:
BugCheck A, {0, 2, 0, fffff800032d68b6}

Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\vfilter.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for vfilter.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for vfilter.sys
Probably caused by : vfilter.sys ( vfilter+29a6 )
Update any InterVideo software
Code:
regi.sys fffff880`0856b000 fffff880`08573000 0x00008000 0x462393ee 16/04/2007 19:19:10

Hi,

Thanks .. I did uninstall the VPN client .. the BSOD used to occur kind of randomly, something like once in 2 weeks .. ill reply to this post if there is no BSOD till 3-4 weeks from now or otherwise ..

Anyhow .. I did run a system check and found no errors .. gt this in the cmd prompt

  • Microsoft Windows [Version 6.1.7600]
  • Copyright (c) 2009 Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved.
  • C:\Users\venkai>sfc /scannow
  • Beginning system scan. This process will take some time.
  • Beginning verification phase of system scan.
  • Verification 100% complete.
  • Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.

and btw what do u exactly mean by updating intervideo software??

It is a DVD player software or Video converter, Download the latest version from the vendor's website or remove it if you don't use it
