BSOD W7 64bit

Hi everyone,
I'm experiencing some interesting problems of BSODs, and I'd like you to help me figuring out the source of them, please.
I have already had this problem (LINK), and it was due to Zone Alarm.

This time BSODs appear to be random: sometimes it crashes when I'm on the internet (latest version of Firefox), once while ibernating the laptop by folding the screen, other times while using Open Office.
My notebook saved only two .dmp files, and I'm attaching them.

OS: Windows 7 Premium 64bit
FIREWALL/ANTIVIRUS: Comodo Security Suite

Hang on while I run the memory dumps....

FWIW - we've seen numerous problems with the Comodo program. I'd suggest the following:

Please do the following:
- download a free antivirus for testing purposes: Free AntiVirus
- uninstall the Comodo from your system (you can reinstall it, if so desired, when we're done troubleshooting)
- remove any remnants of Comodo using this free tool: Login (requires registration)
- IMMEDIATELY install and update the free antivirus
- check to see if this fixes the BSOD's

I suggest starting all troubleshooting with the following diagnostic tests. They'll save you a lot of time and heartache if there is a hardware failure, and you'll have the disks on hand in case you need them in the future:

Adobe Photoshop 64bit freezes on 64bit windows
getting frustrated as since i got windows 7 both Adobe Photoshop cs4 and Grass Valley Edius keep freezing. Edius usually only will freeze for 10 seconds then rectify but photoshop is freezing often.. especially after the pc has idled, and nothing can rectify it, so im losing work help!
