BSOD - Constant Problem

Wow, I was typing the last message and it crashed on me (and right now my taskbar looks weird). I'll keep it simple I suppose.

Basically, I thought the problem was the Windows Live Essentials update which forced me to do a system restore, and the problem went away. It then automatically downloaded the WLE update again and I OS-restored. I selected 'never-install-this-update' and i believe i haven't installed it since. However, lately my computer has been crashing...and its getting annoying.
