Could very well be bad memory. Try taking this test. If done properly it wil take 8 or more hours
    Download memtest86 and test RAM
    www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/105647-ram-test-memtest86.html
    Run for 8 passes
If passes try a good stick in each slot for 3 passes
If fails do the same for 8 passes.

Well the answer is easy. Use system restore to get rid of it to test.
    or
    use clean boot to test.

But wait. The problem may not be the AV. It may be other software. If uninstall does not work, try clean boot next, then memtest.

That could be tied into memory. Almost every problem can be memory related. Try the procedures suggested, we will weed out the problem, even if by trial and error.

If im doing cleanboot, it will take a long while as that memory thing doesnt happen everyday now, i think the windows media player might.

Also when i press in my mouse wheel and scrolled up then down it would sort of chop, now that i restarted its fine.
