Driver_IRQL_not_less_or_equal

Hello all, for the past few weeks I've been getting really bad BSOD error. Every few hours or so my PC restarts and the Driver IRQl error pops stating that tcpip.sys is at fault. Updated all drivers and still the same error. I swapped out all parts of my PC just bought a new motherboard for 100$ today and reinstalled windows. Still BSODs, BSODs everywhere. As I was writing this I blue screened twice.

My specs.

Gigabyte AMD 770 mobo.
Phenom 955be @ stock
8 gigs of ddr3 1333 ram.
MSI 460GTX cyclone
250gb Seagate HD
Windows 7 home premium 64.

Please help.

Hello,

It seems PC Tools is the issue. Please remove that, including ThreatFire, and post back if the BSODs persist. Of you do get more BSODs, upload a jcgriff2 report please: http://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...tructions.html

I don't know if they will allow a refund; I'd say most don't, but it's worth a shot.
