I need your graphics card name and model number.
There are old drivers that could be updated.

    Hello Rigz,

Could you try placing the dump file in a ZIP file using the included ZIP feature in Windows 7 instead to see how that does?

    Thank you. :)

You can leave spldr.sys and amdxata.sys - they do not need an update.

    Do the followings...
    - Boot into Safe Mode with Networking
    - Uninstall graphics driver (via. Device Manager)
    - Use Driver Sweeper to sweep traces of previous driver Guru3D - Driver Sweeper
    - Install latest driver NVIDIA DRIVERS 266.58 WHQL
    - Reboot into normal mode

Run Malwarebytes in Safe Mode with Networking and let it full scan.

yah sir..i already download that driver..infact it was on my hard drive already..but when i tried to installl it is says "not detected any compatible video card". .and i googled for other else and i found this : 196.21_desktop_win7_winvista_64bit_english_whql.exe from the website of my mother board emaxxtech.com. .but then every time i tried to install it in the middle of installation it will crash 0x000000a "storport.sys". .i also have driversweeper.. but when i tried to uninstall my driver using device manager..the system will also crash the same BSOD message. .i tried evrything of my collection for optimizing and cleaning CCleaner, regcure, perfect optimizer,Pc health Paretologic and MZ optimizer..but not one helped me..so i was confused of it. any idea??

cleaning CCleaner, regcure, perfect optimizer,Pc health Paretologic and MZ optimizer
Remove all of that crapware and junk software (except CCleaner).

Can you run sfc/scannow in Admin Mode Command Prompt?

    Also, upload new dumps.
