Windows 7: Windows 7 x64 freeze at log in

Hello,
I tried searching the forum for similar situations but non of the solutions worked for me.
The computer takes almost 7-10 minutes to log in and after that everything is slow as ever almost frozen. I tried out my patience, the few errors i got :
Eset nod 32 notofication " Cannot connect to kernel"

So i finally gave up and decided to install another one in my other HDD, then i wanted to access the files on the older installation, i could access the drive but when i tried pasting the files, it asked for admin privileges and then kept loading forever.

The earlier account was password protected so i thought if somehow i made another admin account this would be solved, but nothing has helped me so far.

I tried Safe mode, even that is slow, i have not installed any new hardware/driver updates.



Is there a way could get my files from the old "C" drive and paste it on another drive, I do know the password of the old windows installation.
The CPU usage is always at 0% everything else seems to be normal.

The new installation on the other hdd works fine, so its not a hardware problem as well.
