    irql_not_less_or_equal & system exception error

I've had these failcodes since a week or so ago, as I put in some new RAM and a pci-e dvbs2 tuner card. Thought it was the Tv-card at first so I plugged it out, but the BSOD remained.
Hmm, bad RAM then I thought and switched back to my old ones. BSOD remains!

Looked at the new memory sticks specs, and changed the voltage to 1.65V in BIOS, as specified by Kingston. Makes no difference...

note: I can boot up Win7 in safemode except with network, BSOD there too...

could not make a "perfmon /report" though
    (cause of safe mode?)

    help

You can start by removing sptd.sys it is a huge cause of BSOD's

Please remove any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%. They use a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs. Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done: DuplexSecure - Downloads

You can use MagicDisc as an alternative.

It wasn't the solution. Still BSOD - IRQL less or not equal...

Copied new ntoskrnl.exe and managed to start it in safe mode with network. Ran a sfc /scannow and now it starts in normal mode. Did a perfmon / report. Can someone help explain what issues I have. also attached latest dumps
