Ok so im on a dell latitude e6500, windows 7 32 bit, upgraded from vista....I'm getting intermittent BSODs happening I don't know why I'm thinking its some sort of driver problem but I could be very wrong, if anyone can walk me through how to fix this that would be great! keep in mind i dont know squat about computers

Start off by removing Norton - indeed, a known cause of BSOD on some Windows 7 system. Use this removal tool when Norton is removed: Norton Removal Tool
If you want a free AV, try: MSE OR Avast
If you want a paid AV, try: Avast
Secondly, remove Daemon Tools. They use a file sptd.sys, which is notorious of causing BSOD in Windows 7. Use this SPTD uninstaller when Daemon Tools is removed: SPTD Removal Tool
Select Uninstall; Do not select reinstall
You may use MagicDisc as an alternative: Freeware MagicISO Virtual CD/DVD-ROM(MagicDisc) Overview
Dump blames Intel Matrix Storage Driver (Intel Rapid Technology) - so I suggest that you update it.

Im having issues with dell download manager, go figure, im working through that i'll try to download the remaining drivers afterwards. As of right now i have the intel matrix storage driver and the bsod's seem to be less frequent. Thanks ill get back to you once i have more accomplished
Looks like the redirect virus was causing stability issues with firefox, after a week of tinkering around, the problem looks to be solved, thanks for the help DeanP
