After installing an Nvidia 8400 graphics card, my computer has been incapable of shutting down without having to pull the plug on it.

The log flows from bottom to top. Just look for the Description of each event.
The event following the sleep command is:
The browser has forced an election on network \Device\NetBT_Tcpip_{60C846D5-56C4-44F2-8576-552E35D3F560} because a master browser was stopped.
Run the Furmark Test and I will take a look at the description log.
how, just let it run? its been 1:30, it won't burn out the primary Radeon ATI 3200 card will it?
Leave it for some time. No, it will NOT burn your graphics card.
I don't understand, is it a timed test? Otherwise I'm having trouble finding the results
Run the Furmark Test for few hours - I will grab the owner (Jonathan_King) of the Furmark tutorial (I did not make that tutorial at all...)
Watch for artifacts on the screen, and keep an eye on the temperature log. If you see artifacts, or the temperature levels out, stop the test.
I'm having trouble extracting results. I have to get some sleep for classes tomorrow, I will have to get back to you
