Random BSOD can't figure it out! Been happening for a couple weeks now

I have had this computer, which I built myself, 2 years ago.

I purchased and have been using the GPU for about 6 months
    i had a Sapphire Radeon HD4670 previously

I purchased and have been using the CPU for 2 months
I had an Athlon II 425 x3 (unlocked to a phenom II x4 from day one) previously

everything else is exactly as it's been for two years

I have been having odd load screen freezes and BSOD for the past two weeks

I formatted and reinstalled Windows 7 and just WoW and NFS Most wanted

was fine for a couple days and for the last week it's been in the shitter again

    What I've done so far:
    Formatted and Reinstalled everything.
CPU-I ran Prime95 (Small FFT's) for 6.5 hours with no errors
RAM-Memtest86+ for 8.5 hours with no errors (didn't remove or relocate sticks)
GPU-Have ran Real-Time HDR IBL for about an hour (4 seperate instances of it) No erros

I am running out of ideas and cannot figure out what the heck is going on, I can only play a game for about and hour and BAM BSOD!

I have attached all of the BSOD dmp files that I have from the beginning of the month

if there are any questions of suggestions I would greatly appreciate it...

I'm going to run a Prime95 Blend Test overnight and see what the computer looks like in the morning

thanks in advance for any help

    Hello,
Start by updating this 2005 ASACPI.sys driver, (see quote below)
The 2005 version of this driver is a known BSOD cause.
Please visit this link: ASUSTeK Computer Inc.-Support- download_item_mkt
Scroll down to the Utilities category, then scroll down to the "ATK0110 driver for WindowsXP/Vista/Windows 7 32&64-bit " (it's about the 8th item down).
    Download and install it.
Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers to check and make sure that the ASACPI.sys file is date stamped from 2009 or 2010 (NOT 2005).

Next, remove RivaTuner/EVGA Precision/MSI Afterburner - as it is a known cause of BSOD.
Remove AVG including Identity Protection - indeed, a known cause of BSOD on some Windows 7 systems. Use this removal tool when AVG is removed: AVG - Download tools

Use MSE or Avast as replacement with Windows Firewall.

    Lastly, update Hamachi/RemotelyAnywhere.

    Regards...

I got this error when trying to update ASACPI.sys

I restarted and it installed fine and is showing a 2009 date stamp

I have been using AVG since I build the computer so for know I'm going to assume that it's not causing the problem.

EDIT: I uninstalled MSI Afterburner as I wasn't using any more anyway

will try this for a day and see if I can't get to crash again

Have you tried the other steps as well?
Next, remove RivaTuner/EVGA Precision/MSI Afterburner - as it is a known cause of BSOD.
Remove AVG including Identity Protection - indeed, a known cause of BSOD on some Windows 7 systems. Use this removal tool when AVG is removed: AVG - Download tools

Use MSE or Avast as replacement with Windows Firewall.

    Lastly, update Hamachi/RemotelyAnywhere.
Also, if you are overclocking anything - stop and return to default values.

Not yet I'm going to try and get the computer to crash again, I edited my above post, as I removed MSI Afterburner also

EDIT: I overclocked the GPU to the turbo X speeds but have since removed it

If problem persists, remove AVG until we are done troubleshooting. After that, you can install it again.

Ok I'll uninstall AVG How should I go about checking to see if the problem persists? I don't really want to have to play a game for an hour plus to get it to crash between each possible solution. is there anyway to increase the probability the computer will crash?

Do all of the things above - if BSOD still occurs, upload the new ones.

was going to run a Prime95 Blend test overnight but the test error'd out multiple times on all cores saying
"FATAL ERROR: Rounding was 0.5, expected less than 0.4"

restarted the test 3 times with the same error about 45 seconds to a minute into the test each time.

keep in mind I had run the small FFT's test for 6.5 hours yesterday with no errors.

Thanks for your help thus far I appreciate it.

I now have run the Prime95 in place Large FFT's test 5 times and 3 of the four cores fail the first test. The one that passes I have let get to Test 10. The core that passes is also never the same core.

    kind of odd I thought
