Windows 7: Pop Up windows on start up

Any one have a clue how to stop this. I did a clean up with C Cleaner and cleaned the registry. Nothing that I haven't been doing for a long time. Now I get these windows at start up. I reinstalled the Asus drivers and such but some part of the start up process must be looking for these log files. Used to look for this stuff in the INI files and win ini ............but where are they now.
Also ran System file checker but nothing found and fixed.
Any ideas?

I would immediately perform a scan with MalwareBytes as your system should NOT be starting anything from your temp folder...

Did malware and windows defender scan .........nothing found!

Ok, you will need to run (Win+R) msconfig and under 'Startup' de-select anything that is pointing to your temporary folders. Namely %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Temp.

Then, running (Win+R) regedit and search for anything relating to 1232 and see what it reveals

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
I have very little in msconfig start up.
Went to regedit.
Found an ASUS listing with that log number way deep in HKEY Local machine key. Saved it just incase then deleted the whole entry.
Now back to a normal startup.
