Several problems

Obviously you upgraded from a prior OS. The drivers are from as far back as 2005.

They cant work correctly in win 7. These at least need to be updated.

How To Find Drivers:
Quote:
- search Google for the name of the driver
- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
- - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference Driver Reference
- - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: Drivers and Downloads

Besides the old drivers this crash was caused by your network driver NETw5s64.sys

It needs to be re-installed with the newest version available.

Also of note the version you are running is "unusual" where did you download it from?? have you installed SP-1??

hi,

Thanks for the reply. I haven't installed/upgraded to any OS. My laptop(bought in dec 2009) is pre-installed with Windows 7 home premium(64-bit) and from the past 1 year i am working on the same OS. I never had any problem. Windows 7 OS asks updates frequently and i allow it to update. I didnt uninstall/install any OS recently nor i updated drivers manually. i am facing this problem from the past 8 days or so. can i use device manager to update the drivers ?

DO NOT USE DEVICE MANAGER OR WINDOWS UPDATE TO UPDATE THE DRIVERS. USE THE MANUFACTURER'S WEBSITE INSTEAD.

Why?
They will install an older version of the driver - not newer.

Could you install TeamViewer? Installing these RAID drivers is difficult when finding the appropriate one.
