Several problems
Obviously you upgraded from a prior OS. The
drivers are from as far back as 2005.
They cant work correctly in win 7. These at least need to be updated.

Besides the old drivers this crash was caused by your network driver NETw5s64.sys
It needs to be re-installed with the newest version available.
Also of note the version you are running is "unusual" where did you download it from?? have you installed SP-1??
