BSOD - I'm out of my depth Really frustrated by the ongoing BSOD - No pattern to when I get them (i.e. no particular program running), can happen at various points through day.
Running Windows 7 64bit - Original OS (System purchased maybe 8 months ago) - Full retail - System less than 1 year old
Let me know if you need any more information - My family are losing patience with my inability to solve this! | My System Specs |

Hi, dangadi, and welcome to the forum. You have quite a string of dumps going. I looked at your four most recent dumps and some of the other files. Your are last four dumps are virtually identical: Quote: Bugcheck 7F, UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP. Usual causes: Memory corruption, Hardware (memory in particular), Installing a faulty or mismatched hardware (especially memory) or a failure after installing it, 3rd party firewall, Device drivers, SCSI/network/BIOS updates needed, Improperly seated cards, Incompatible storage devices, Overclocking, Virus scanner, Backup tool, Bad motherboard, Missing Service Pack All of the dumps blame netio.sys, a Windows system driver, which is highly unlikely to be the real cause. These dumps are classic when someone is running Zone Alarm.
1. I recommend that you install this hotfix from Microsoft: Stop error message when you run an application that transfers data by using the UDP protocol in Windows Server 2008 R2 or in Windows 7: "STOP 0x0000007F"
The alternative is to uninstall Zone Alarm using this tool: http://download.zonealarm.com/bin/fr...cpes_clean.exe.
2. Make sure your Windows updates are current and install SP1. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/w...ice-pack-1-sp1
3. Update or uninstall your Blackberry software. Your current software has an out of date driver. Outdated drivers can cause conflicts, memory corruption and BSOD's. Follow all of the steps above. Reboot and let's see how your system runs. Post back and let us know. If you get another BSOD, please upload it and we will go from there. Code: Windows 7 Kernel Version 7600 MP (4 procs) Free x64

UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP (7f)
This means a trap occurred in kernel mode, and it's a trap of a kind
that the kernel isn't allowed to have/catch (bound trap) or that
is always instant death (double fault). The first number in the
bugcheck params is the number of the trap (8 = double fault, etc)
Consult an Intel x86 family manual to learn more about what these
traps are. Here is a *portion* of those codes:
If kv shows a taskGate
use .tss on the part before the colon, then kv.
Else if kv shows a trapframe
use .trap on that value
Else
.trap on the appropriate frame will show where the trap was taken
(on x86, this will be the ebp that goes with the procedure KiTrap)
Endif
kb will then show the corrected stack.
Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000008, EXCEPTION_DOUBLE_FAULT
Arg2: 0000000080050031
