computer crash - BSOD, please help

Hi, I've been having some problems with my computer lately, it keeps rashing and I can't figure out where the problem is.

I have Windows 7 Ultimate x64 (Service Pack 1), it was installed a couple of months ago after I formated my disk. I had XP before and I had similar problems (BSOD's).

Information about my computer:
- AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4400+ 2,30 GHz
- The disk is about 10 months old, 3 months ago I bought additional 1GB RAM - both the disk and memory have been checked multiple times, no errors shown during the check.

I don't know what causes my computer to crash, it has happend while I was watching a movie, while using Mozilla and even when I wasn't using the computer at all.. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

ASACPI.sys the 2005 version is a huge cause of BSOD's
Please visit this link: ASUSTeK Computer Inc.-Support- download_item_mkt
Scroll down to the Utilities category, then scroll down to the "ATK0110 driver for WindowsXP/Vista/Windows 7 32&64-bit " (it's about the 8th item down).
Download and install it.
Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers to check and make sure that the ASACPI.sys file is date stamped from 2009 or 2010 (NOT 2005).

   Warning

Please remove any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%. They use a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs. Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done: DuplexSecure - Downloads
You can use MagicDisc as an alternative.

Remove any Asus system tuners such as PC Probe, these tend to create BSODs
