Windows 7: Need for startup repair on every boot

I have a 2-year-old notebook manifactured by Qaunta.

It originally came with Windows Vista but I've installed Windows 7 Ultimate x86 over it some months ago. After that, when I power up the PC, Windows always reboots itself or stucks at a cursor screen and I manually reboot it. Then it asks me to start startup repair. If I don't do this, same loop continues forever. If I use startup repair, it tells me it couldn't find any errors and I manually reboot the PC again. This time, I choose to start Windows normally and it works.

Note that this happens 90% of all time I boot my PC, and after Windows starts, nothing unwanted happens.

I tried reformatting the drive 2 times. In this latest installation, ı haven't installed any drivers manually except Intel Chipset and Intel Display drivers. All others either came with Windows or Windows Update.

I'm attaching some dumps and the perfmon log. I'd be grateful if you can provide some suggestions. (Note that some contents may be in Turkish, since the Windows installed is in Turkish.)
