| | Page_fault_in_nonpaged_area Dear Friends: I'm having this bluescreen and some others too (like IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL) since the windows update installed service pack 1 Do you know if this update causes this kind of problems? because my hardware seems to be OK. | | Hi DeanP, The folder Minidump you mention is empty. Maybe it's because i used CCLEANER a couple of times after the BSOD. All the information about the crash was in the ZIP i attached in my first post. I think i can help with the translation of the adicional information. About the problem history, it happened when i was on the internet reading the news, i was listening music on winamp too, and suddenly the crash happened. It's not the first time i have BSOD problems; i bought my PC about a year ago and had several BSOD caused by the hard disk. Once the HD was changed, no BSOD appeared, except for the ones i mentioned to you guys. Apparently the hardware is working fine, The technical personnel checked almost everything, so i hope it is a software problem (compatibility or something?) Thanks for the patience and the quick reply. |
