Hi,

I'm having problems with my Notebook LG R490.

Through Software "BlueScreenView" error is caused by the driver: fltmgr.sys

I am required to attach the files (BSOD - Posting Instructions)

Already restored the system to the factory standard twice (LG Recovery)

Please help me.

System:

In addition to DeanP's good advice:

Do you have a parallel port on your computer? If so, try disabling it in the BIOS.

Rename it to .bak and see what CD/DVD program it breaks. Then rename it again to .sys and update that program.

Ok.

What should I expect from Driver Verifier?

I mean, how to analyze ( verifier /query )

Is there anything I should watch in special ?

Thanks

Expect frequent BSODs from Driver Verifier, as it will crash if it finds a bad driver. When you do get a crash, just upload a new jcgriff2 report: http://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...tructions.html

In the meantime, just use the computer normally.
