    Welcome back!

Please run: Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

In addition, let's do our hardware tests again, starting with the three Prime95 tests: https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials...t-prime95.html

    Also run Memtest86 again.

    Hey Guys...

I did all of the recommended actions however when I got rid of the virtual clone drive all of my cd/dvd drives disappeared. what is that all about? Can'r run memtest86 until I can resolve this.

Thanks a whole lot - Staycyber

Enter diskmgmt.msc into the start menu, and press enter. Check to see if your CD drive is listed in there; if so, make sure it has a letter. If not, assign it one.

The dvd/cd drives are not listed in disk management either. They are listed in regedit under hkey local-machine-system/mounted devices.

Check in Device Manager (devmgmt.msc), see if they are listed there. If so, are there any errors associated with them?
