I am seeing tsusbflt.sys in the Unloaded Drivers listing a lot...I'm not sure what that is. Let's just ignore it for now.

There is a whole string of these:
    Code:
    Event[68]:
      Log Name: System
      Source: cdrom
      Date: 2011-03-03T01:46:19.166
      Event ID: 51
      Task: N/A
      Level: Warning
      Opcode: N/A
      Keyword: Classic
      User: N/A
      User Name: N/A
      Computer: JP-PC
      Description:
An error was detected on device \Device\CdRom0 during a paging operation.
That seems to match with the cdrom.sys BSOD.

I don't know if this error is referring to your OS drive or an external drive you had attached at some point before:
    Code:
    Event[1208]:
      Log Name: System
      Source: Ntfs
      Date: 2011-03-02T04:24:46.825
      Event ID: 55
      Task: N/A
      Level: Error
      Opcode: N/A
      Keyword: Classic
      User: N/A
      User Name: N/A
      Computer: JP-PC
      Description:
The file system structure on the disk is corrupt and unusable. Please run the chkdsk utility on the volume \Device\HarddiskVolume2.
Open a command prompt, and enter chkdsk /r. Also, run SeaTools on all drives.

I see you did a clean install on Monday, and there were indeed BSODs from then. Did the BSODs occur before the reinstall?

Yes I was getting BSOD before the Clean install on monday. I ran the chkdsk /r and i also ran the Seatools on my drives and it all passed. I also left my computer on all day and when I got home from work at 10:45pm the computer was still on and not back at the log in window. Are there any more things I should do to dbl check and make sure it running fine?

Well you haven't changed anything so far; any stability you've seen is coincidental. Try opening up your case and unplugging the CD drive, see if that helps anything.

What is the make/model of your PSU?

Just use your computer normally, doing the kinds of things you'd be doing when the BSODs use to come.
