    Tard with a rundll problem.

Ok, so every time I restart my system I get 3 rundll error messages. Saying something like "specified module could not be located". But these don't seem to be typical dll's, that is, well.. this is an example of one:

    C:\Users\Genera~1\AppData\Local\Temp\{930EF893-E312-4C06-ADCD-53601B61F8D5}\2d45.dll

They're all variations of that. Now.. I know I was infected with something or another.. which is why I decided to go to town with iolo system mechanic after my antivirus "removed" the threat. However.. I may have went a little too far in my spring cleaning frenzy and possibly deleted some important files. I googled the hell out of this topic, but to no avail.

Can anyone tell me what this is/or might be? And if at all.. how to fix it?
Keep in mind I be very poor, so all those file recovery programs are a no go.

    Thank you.

Hi, welcome to the forums :)

Although you say the virus you had was cleared it still looks like your system/registry is trying to call the files during boot.

I advise you download MalwareBytes and perform a full system scan.

Once complete, in the Start search box type %userprofile%\appdata\local\temp and delete everything in the folder then %systemroot%temp and delete everything in that folder then perform a reboot.
       Note
You may be prompted that some files are in use, just skip them an continue

Thank you for the welcome, and the lightening quick reply.. I don't think my post was up an entire minute!
Just for clarification, which I often need, I simply run the scan and follow your instructions? No purchase necessary?

Hi, sorry for the late reply (dam laptop repair)...

There's no purchase necessary, just download the free version and run the scan :)

So I used the Malware scanner and it found and removed a lot of junk that Norton AV didn't.. go figure. I also deleted what I could in the locations you directed me to, but that didn't seem to work.. actually another rundll error has popped up. Oh, and I greatly appreciate your help.. I feel like a needy kid tugging at your pant leg.
