    black screen stuck


    im stuck with blue bars at the upper left edge of the screen and i cant get to the login screen !!!!

    Do Startup Repair please as requested and see if that fixes the problem. Do it at least 3 times.

    Could you do system restore and restore to a point before the problem started?

    If System Restore doesn't work, do a repair installation.
