Sometimes I am able to fix the error and use the PC but the error keeps coming back.

If you are able to get in to Windows, could you please follow our
BSOD Posting Instructions
?
Also, run a couple of hardware tests just to get them out of the way.
Run Memtest86:
RAM - Test with Memtest86+
Run
SeaTools for DOS
for the hard drive.
