Windows 7: Kernal 41 Power Error

Kernal 41 Power Error

Hey Forums!

I keep getting this Kernal 41 Power Error. I read the rules to posting BSOD's and I am following them.

OEM-Windows 7 Home 64 bit Premium
Gigabyte 790xta-UD4 Mother Board
8 Gigabytes of RAM
ATI HD 6970 made by Sapphire

Mostly when this happens is when I am off the computer and let it sleep. I will come back and it have shutdown and locks up. I submitted the log file below. I hope I can be helped and thanks in advance!

Have you installed SP1? There is a problem with Hibernation on some systems. Disable the hybrid sleep mode:

SP1 Disables 'Sleep' Function - Microsoft Answers

and a hot fix
